Müller AG Processing develops and builds customised handling systems, pharmaceutical cleaning machines, and intralogistics systems for global use. As a traditional SME, Müller Processing, with its 55 employees, is part of the family-run Mueller Group, which has been operating for over 125 years and employs more than 400 people at locations in Switzerland and Germany.

Comprehensive, Well-Rounded Range of Tasks

To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a technically skilled individual who coordinates our international service assignments from needs assessment to deployment planning. In direct communication with our worldwide customers, you assess the service requirements for customer-specific machines – both in the event of unplanned machine downtimes and scheduled maintenance work. Subsequently, you coordinate the necessary internal resources and plan the deployment of our service technicians.

The position combines a high degree of independence and responsibility with technical and commercial challenges as well as close customer contact. There is potential to take on project and/or team leadership responsibilities in the future.

You Bring:

• technical training with commercial experience in the international capital goods sector
• good knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and automation
• strong communication and coordination skills in dealing with customers and internal contacts
• independent, responsible, and team-oriented personality with a structured way of working
• very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
