Working Student in Tender Processing 60% (m/f/d)

Your Job

• Support in the preparation of project tenders
• Obtaining and processing material, supplier and subcontractor offers
• Creating quantity surveys and evaluating tender documents
• Assisting in the preparation of technical reports and tender documentation
• Compiling and maintaining calculation documents
• Administrative and organisational support of the calculation team
• Collaboration with estimators, site managers and project managers
• Support with general tasks in the area of tender and project processing

Your Profile

• Studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field, or completed technical/commercial training
• Interest in civil engineering, infrastructure construction, railway construction or structural engineering
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Technical understanding and affinity for numbers
• Independent, precise and structured way of working
• Reliable and responsible personality
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional national languages are an advantage
• First experience in construction is an advantage but not a requirement
