Reception Clerk 100% (m/f/d)

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Operation of the telephone switchboard and ensuring customer reception
• Creation of presentations, handling of incoming and outgoing mail, as well as material management
• Provision of meeting rooms
• Preparation and processing of data for the creation of evaluations, compilations, statistics, key figures, and billing bases
• Commercial trainer for commercial apprentices EFZ

YOUR PROFILE

• Technical basic training with commercial further education or commercial basic training with an affinity for "technology"
• Professional experience in a comparable hub function in the office area
• Affinity for training young people
• Ability to analyse problems and solve them independently
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Residence in the region is an advantage
