Your tasks

In this position, you are responsible for the independent handling of projects in the field of control technology. Your tasks include:

Processing projects based on the specified order specifications and functional descriptions.

Implementation of concepts and customer-specific requirements.

Creating PLC and HMI software according to the QS manual "Software Quality Manual".

Responsibility for project management of the entire automation part, including the preparation of software documentation and customer documents (e.g., design documents, instructions).

Participation in commissioning of systems on the test bench.

Monitoring of test runs.

Coordination of the various interfaces to customers - PLS and visualization systems.

Participation in the further development of products regarding control technology.

Support of customer service through telephone support and deployment at customers worldwide.

Participation in training and further education for customers and internal employees.

Sales support for the technical software area.

Your profile

Basic electrical engineering training, as well as a degree as an electrical engineer or HF technician specializing in electrical engineering/automation

Several years of experience in plant/machine or apparatus construction

Sound knowledge in programming PLC controls, Siemens S7 (Classic & TIA environment) and Rockwell (RS Logix) is an advantage

Knowledge of Siemens WinCC flex or similar HMI control platforms

Programming language skills in AWL, FUP, and Structured Text

Fluent German and English skills

High willingness to travel between the locations Sulgen (Switzerland) & Grosuplje (Slovenia)

Responsible and structured working style, as well as communicative and team-oriented personality
