At the Medical Center in the Stapfenmärit in Köniz our general practitioners and generalpractitioners as well as specialists from medical and complementary fields take care of the well-being and health of patients.
TO EXPAND OUR TEAM, WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DEPUTY HEAD MEDICAL PRACTICE ASSISTANT 60-100% FROM MARCH 1, 2026 OR BY AGREEMENT
We expect
- Completed training as Medical Practice Assistant EFZ with several years of professional experience
- Initial experience as (deputy) MPA manager is an advantage
- Strong social skills, communication strength and organizational talent
- A high level of responsibility, a "hands-on" mentality and entrepreneurial thinking
- High resilience, flexibility and motivation to actively shape processes
- Enjoyment in dealing with patients
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
