In this versatile role, you support the Vigier Beton sites in all matters related to occupational safety and health protection. You work closely with the safety officer of Vigier and the line managers of Vigier Beton and report directly to the head of Vigier Beton.

Ensuring the implementation of EKAS guidelines at all locations (operational group solution G24 Vigier Beton)
Analyzing occupational accidents, determining causes, and defining effective measures
Supporting and advising line managers in planning and implementing safety and prevention measures
Planning and conducting internal safety audits as well as training and information events for managers
Preparing reports, statistics, and evaluations on occupational safety and health protection
Further developing the occupational safety-relevant elements in the management system
Documenting all safety-relevant activities in the Quentic tool (software for occupational safety)
Regular travel activity from the Bernese Oberland to Northwest Switzerland (25 locations)

You take responsibility, work in a structured manner, and find pragmatic solutions.

Professional basic training as well as a federal specialist certificate as an expert/specialist ASGS or corresponding EKAS courses
Several years of experience in occupational safety and health protection – ideally in an industrial environment or construction sector
High initiative, analytical thinking, and assertiveness
Confident appearance and clear, target-group-oriented communication
Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
Good IT user skills (MS Office)
Native German speaker with good oral French skills
Willingness to travel regularly within the area of operation
