Your main tasks:

Ensuring smooth, innovative, and economical customer care and service delivery in the property to be managed
Technical inspections
Operation and maintenance of systems
First intervention in case of fault and damage reports
Implementation of measures within your own area of responsibility
Signing reports, invoice control, and accounting documentation
Planning regular maintenance work, control, and documentation
Providing on-call service

Your profile:

Completed vocational training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist EFZ or basic technical training in the field of maintenance
Professional experience in a similar role
Manual skills and enjoyment of practical work
Proficient IT skills
Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
Structured and independent working style
