Your tasks

You will assist our demanding national and international customers in purchasing high-quality branded watches and jewelry
You create an unforgettable shopping experience and actively develop customer relationships
You enthusiastically act as a Brand Ambassador and position our exclusive products using your expert knowledge and storytelling skills
You promote an inspiring, innovative, and modern shopping environment
You are responsible for ensuring impeccably presented sales areas, shop windows, and display cases
You are responsible for achieving the defined sales targets
You take on administrative tasks related to sales as well as maintaining the internal CRM system
You support specific projects and contribute to the successful implementation of customer events

Your skills

Training as a retail specialist EFZ in watches and jewelry
Sound knowledge in the watch and/or jewelry sector
Open and customer-oriented personality with a strong service orientation
High level of empathy for our customers and intercultural skills in dealing with our local and international customers
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
IT affinity
Style confidence, professional appearance, and courteous manners
Proactive team player
Fluent German and English skills, ideally good French skills
