V-ZUG E-Commerce & Website
Our E-Commerce & Website team within the Omnichannel department shapes the digital presence of one of the best-known Swiss premium brands. We ensure that our content not only looks high-quality but also impacts the entire customer journey: relevant, user-friendly, up-to-date and measurably successful. We combine content, user experience, e-commerce and data-driven optimisation into a holistic digital experience. Together with marketing, product management, IT, legal and external partners, we continuously develop our platform and ensure that our customers always find the right content at the right time.
What this position offers you
- You take professional responsibility for V-ZUG's web content: from planning through implementation to continuous optimisation, you manage content for B2C and B2B target groups and ensure that quality, timeliness and brand compliance are always guaranteed
- You develop digital user experiences that convince: together with marketing, e-commerce and product management, you bring content along the customer journey onto our platforms and ensure that user experience, information and conversion interact optimally
- You use data not only for analysis but as a basis for decision-making: with SEO, analytics and performance data from GA4, Contentsquare, Google Search Console and Sistrix, you identify optimisation potentials and develop content purposefully
- You contribute significantly to the successful implementation of international assortment changes, website rollouts and new digital functions: you coordinate content adjustments, conduct tests, document anomalies and ensure clean implementation
- You actively shape our content and publishing processes: you define requirements in a structured manner, document them comprehensibly and drive improvements so that content can be created, published and maintained more efficiently
- You manage external partners and agencies with a clear quality standard: from commissioning through professional support to acceptance and cost control, you ensure that projects are implemented efficiently and successfully
- You represent the Content Stream Lead professionally in projects, committees and towards internal stakeholders: you bring together different interests, prioritise topics and ensure that decisions are made transparently and pragmatically
What you bring to the role
- You have several years of experience in content management, website management, digital marketing or e-commerce and bring enough practical experience to take on responsibility from day one
- Content management systems, digital publishing processes and maintaining complex websites are part of your professional daily routine. Ideally, you have already worked with SAP Commerce, Censhare or comparable platforms
- SEO, user experience, web analytics and data-driven content optimisation are not foreign words to you but tools you use purposefully to create better digital experiences
- You have solid experience with Google Analytics 4 and work confidently with analysis or behaviour tools such as Contentsquare, Heap, Hotjar or comparable solutions
- Defining requirements clearly, improving processes and managing external service providers both professionally and economically are part of your track record
- Ideally, you also bring knowledge of HTML/CSS, accessibility or marketing automation and have already managed international websites, translation processes or multiple country markets
- You work independently, structured and reliably. You like to take responsibility, set priorities consciously and consistently bring topics to completion
- You navigate confidently in the tension field of various stakeholders, can convincingly represent professional positions and recognise when decisions need to be made independently and when issues must be escalated
- Changes, new technologies and digital trends motivate you. You enjoy learning and continuously develop existing solutions
- You have completed a degree (FH/Uni or technical college) specialising in digital marketing, communication, media, e-commerce or similar, or have relevant vocational training with several years of experience in web and content management. Both count
- You communicate fluently in German, sufficiently in English for tool interfaces, documentation and collaboration with partners. French skills are a welcome plus
