While the Senevita locations stand for independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the leading provider of private Spitex services throughout Switzerland.For our Senevita location Giesserei in Arbon, we are looking for a Safety Officer (SIBE) / Facility Maintenance 80 -100% from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
Your Tasks
- You take on the duties of the Safety Officer (SIBE) for occupational safety and fire protection and ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations throughout the building.
- You are responsible for the repair and maintenance of the buildings and surroundings.
- You are responsible for the professional execution or coordination of all technical, electrical, and sanitary work in the area of facility maintenance.
- You assist with the smooth organisation of moves and apartment handovers.
- Troubleshooting of heating, ventilation, high-voltage and low-voltage installations as well as the locking system.
- You set up telephones, TV devices, bells, and other systems in our residents' rooms.
- You ensure professional and environmentally friendly disposal of materials and waste generated.
- You carry out seasonal and proper gardening work.
- You manage the keys of our building.
Your Profile
- Training as a facility maintenance specialist or equivalent.
- Further training as a SIBE.
- You are not afraid of physical work and are willing to take on on-call duties.
- With your reliable, independent, and precise way of working, you ensure high quality in your area of responsibility.
- You enjoy working with elderly people and treat our residents with respect, friendliness, and empathy.
- You have good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Driving licence class B is a requirement.
