For one of our clients, we are looking for a committed and responsible individual who wishes to apply their technical expertise and leadership skills in a versatile production environment.

Production & Engineering Team Leader (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Leading and coordinating the production team in day-to-day operations

• Planning employee deployments as well as the required resources

• Ensuring reliable, efficient and safe plant operations

• Monitoring ongoing production and ensuring the specified production targets are met

• Controlling and continuously improving production and work processes

• Ensuring required quality standards and conducting corresponding checks

• Recording and analysing operational and production key figures

• Organising and coordinating maintenance, repair and servicing work with the responsible departments

• Supporting the operation and monitoring of technical systems

• Coordinating and monitoring material stocks and storage areas

• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and environmental requirements

• Identifying improvement potentials and actively contributing to the optimisation of processes and workflows

Your profile

• Completed technical, mechanical or craft apprenticeship

• Professional experience in a production company, industrial enterprise or comparable technical environment

• Leadership experience is an advantage – motivated individuals wishing to take the next step into a leadership role are also welcome

• Technical understanding and enjoyment of a varied production environment

• Good organisational skills and an independent, structured way of working

• Valid forklift licence

• Good German language skills, both spoken and written

• Proficiency in common PC programmes

• Responsible, reliable and solution-oriented personality

• Assertiveness as well as open and team-oriented communication

• Willingness to work shifts if required
