This is where you get involved
- in the planning, organisation and coordination of neurology and memory clinics
- as a competent contact person for patients as well as internal and external offices (by phone and on site)
- in processing referrals as well as creating and sending appointment letters
- responsible for managing the KISIM mailboxes
- ensuring smooth administrative processes in daily business
- general administrative and organisational secretarial tasks
You
- have completed commercial training, ideally with further education as a medical and hospital secretary
- have experience in a comparable role (advantageous)
- work efficiently and in a structured manner, even with a high workload and interconnected thinking
- have very good PC skills, knowledge of KISIM
- are a team player, show initiative and are flexible
