What you can achieve
- Ensuring the timely and correct execution of inventories at RUAG locations throughout Switzerland
- Analysis of inventory data and initiation of improvement measures
- Close collaboration with other departments (e.g. warehouse, logistics, controlling)
- Participation in the further development of inventory methods and processes
- Acceptance of incoming material in the assigned area of responsibility
- Provision of material based on picking lists
- Carrying out picking orders, partly with preparation of goods
- Unpacking incoming goods & packing goods to be shipped
- Preparing goods for incoming goods inspection
- Logistical support in current projects on site
- Preparing material for goods dispatch
- Booking of goods receipts in the ERP
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in inventory, warehouse management or logistics
- Organisational talent with high personal responsibility and independence
- High sense of responsibility as well as precise and careful working style
- Strong service and team orientation
- Flexibility and willingness to work, if necessary also outside regular working hours
- Very good IT skills: SAP S/4HANA and Excel, as well as proficient handling of digital warehouse management
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
- Driving licence category B, forklift licence, as well as crane operator licence are an advantage
