Do you want to develop structures, lead a small team and help shape a new nursing service? Here you can be involved in the establishment of an in-house Spitex from the very beginning.

For an institution in the Seeland region, we are looking for a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH as Team Leader Nursing Service (80%) from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement. The focus is on leading the four-person nursing service as well as implementing and further developing an in-house Spitex.

Your tasks with the new employer

• Lead the nursing service with four employees in terms of personnel and organisation and further develop structures, workflows and processes 
• Take over the needs assessment with interRAI HC including service planning, control and billing and actively participate in the implementation of the in-house Spitex 
• Advise residential groups and studios on nursing issues and work closely with the home doctor practice, relatives, legal representatives and other agencies 
• Maintain progress documentation in easyDOK, perform medical-technical tasks and coordinate and accompany medical appointments 

You offer your new employer

• Qualification as Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH, AKP or DN II as well as professional experience in a comparable environment 
• Essential experience in Spitex and with interRAI HC as well as experience in implementing nursing projects 
• Leadership experience is desirable, ideally complemented by leadership training or the willingness to undertake such training 
• Current knowledge in acute and/or long-term care, driving licence category B and confident use of Microsoft 365
