Our client netech Neeser Technik AG is a Swiss specialist in industrial maintenance. Around 40 professionals from mechanics and electrical engineering ensure that production facilities run reliably for customers – from troubleshooting to maintenance to technical optimisation.
For deployment in the Winterthur / Seuzach region, we are looking for a technically skilled individual who enjoys working independently and does not spend long puzzling over faults but systematically finds the cause.

What can you achieve?
- Systematically analyse and sustainably resolve faults in production facilities, machines, and electrical components.
- Carry out maintenance and repair work directly at various customers’ sites.
- Supplement existing PLC programmes and electrical schematics and adapt them to technical changes.
- Identify improvement potentials in systems and implement practical solutions together with customers.
- Document completed work clearly and keep maintenance information up to date.
- Contribute with your technical know-how to reducing downtime and increasing system availability.
To succeed in this, your profile includes:
- Completed training as an automation technician, electrician, or comparable electrical engineering qualification.
- Experience in industrial maintenance and enjoyment in fault finding directly on the system.
- Knowledge of PLC technology and ideally experience with electrical drive technology.
- Independent and solution-oriented working style as well as the ability to keep an overview even with demanding faults.
- Enjoyment of customer contact, team spirit, and openness to different systems and technologies.
- Driving licence category B.
