Aartech GmbH is an agile and emerging SME in the field of mechanical engineering and medical technology. With around 50 employees, we develop and manufacture high-quality production parts as well as complex assemblies and systems for renowned global market leaders and innovative niche providers.
To complement our mechanical production, we are looking to hire by arrangement a
CNC Milling Operator (m/f)
in 2-shift operation
Your Tasks
- Ensuring the timely processing of all production orders on the milling machines
- Independently defining the manufacturing processes and determining the necessary tools and fixtures
- Programming the CNC milling machines (directly at the machine) based on workshop drawings, technical data and instructions
- Setting up and operating the CNC milling machines including material provision, post-processing and forwarding of products
- Performing the self-inspection function for the manufactured workpieces
- Responsibility for the maintenance and servicing of the milling machines
- Managing CNC programmes, setup and tool data sheets
- Documenting initial orders and prototypes
- Participating in the continuous improvement process (CIP)
What You Bring
- Basic training as a polymechanic (m/f)
- Experience with CNC-controlled 4- and 5-axis milling machines (including CNC programming)
- Familiarity with DMU 100 monoBLOCK®, Makino DA300 and Reiden RX10 milling machines is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in mechanical engineering (mechanics)
- Excellent technical understanding
- Outstanding spatial imagination
- Team-oriented thinking
- Good German language skills
- Flexibility regarding working hours → 2-shift operation
