Within the Data & AI division, we are looking for a Data Scientist (m/f/x) 80-100%, who will work closely with business services and the digital transformation technical teams.

The tasks awaiting you:

• Develop, implement, maintain, and evolve AI models and agents
• Collaborate with business representatives and identify opportunities achievable through AI-related technologies
• Participate in the acceptance and validation of deliverables and verify the consistency between the implementation of models/agents and the expected performance
• Collaborate within the team with AI engineers, the product owner, and the technical lead
• Conduct feasibility studies and create prototypes
• Stay attentive to developments in AI fields including Generative AI

Your profile:

• Master's / PhD (or equivalent) in computer science, statistics, or data science
• At least 3 years of experience in creating, evaluating, and optimizing predictive models and agents using machine learning techniques. Experience in generative AI is a plus
• Excellent skills in Python and SQL
• You have already used machine learning frameworks (MLFlow, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Pytorch, Langchain) and have knowledge of applied statistics
• Knowledge of Azure and Databricks is a plus, as is knowledge of the insurance industry
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders by translating analysis results into strategic recommendations
• Excellent level of French (C1) and proficiency in English (B2)
