To strengthen our team in Lausanne, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated and committed individual as Senior Lawyer / Bilingual Lawyer German French (70% - 100%).

Your daily work:

• With us, you don’t just solve legal cases. You advise, negotiate, and ensure comprehensive legal protection for our clients with tailored strategies and creative solutions.
• You represent our private and corporate clients with a focus optionally in the legal areas of contract or labour law, tenancy law as well as property and neighbour law (knowledge in other legal areas such as road traffic or insurance law is an advantage).
• You are the central contact person for external lawyers and conduct negotiations with opposing parties and authorities.
• You draft submissions outside the lawyer monopoly and take responsibility for high-quality case handling.
• As a senior lawyer, you support colleagues with professional questions and promote internal knowledge development.
• Besides case handling, you can take on additional responsibilities, for example in the active further development of our services and processes, the management of our lawyer network, the supervision of trainees, or in projects.

What you bring with you:

• You have a Swiss university degree in law (MLaw or lic. iur.); a lawyer’s licence or experience in legal protection insurance is an advantage.
• You have several years of professional experience, ideally in a law firm or an insurance company.
• Your clients’ satisfaction is important to you and you know how to communicate even complex issues clearly, practically, and customer-oriented.
• With your pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, you develop solutions that are legally convincing and economically sensible.
• You are assertive, flexible, and possess strong negotiation skills.
• In hectic situations and demanding cases, you keep a cool head.
• You communicate confidently and appropriately in German and French. Additional language skills, especially Italian, are a plus.
• You naturally and profitably use modern technologies and AI tools in your daily work.
