Your Tasks
- Ensuring professional care and support, empathy and positivity for our nursing home residents
- Recognising and managing emergency situations, independently initiating
- appropriate measures
- Implementing and reviewing the care process
- Contributing to the creation of standards and guidelines
Your Profile
- Training as a nursing specialist (tertiary or secondary level) or an equivalent qualification (foreign diplomas with SRC recognition or completed SRC pre-check)
- Independent and responsible working
- You approach people with openness, friendliness and respect
- Reliability, social competence and flexibility
- You enjoy your work and carry it out with great motivation
