Head of Scheduling

As part of a succession plan (retirement), we are looking for a committed and organisationally strong personality as Head of Scheduling for our location in Bassersdorf (ZH).

• Professional and personnel management of scheduling
• Responsibility for scheduling at the Bassersdorf, Arbon and Ruswil locations
• Planning and coordination of vehicles and driving personnel
• Ensuring smooth and economical use of resources
• Optimisation of scheduling processes and route planning
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces (operations, sales, partners, etc.)
• Contact person for operational issues in day-to-day business
• Participation in the further development of scheduling

• Several years of experience in scheduling, ideally in the travel, coach or tourism sector
• Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• Very good organisational and planning skills and high resilience
• Strong planning thinking and solution-oriented working style
• Good IT skills (scheduling tools are an advantage)
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
