As part of a succession plan (retirement), we are looking for a committed and organisationally strong personality as Head of Scheduling for our location in Bassersdorf (ZH).
Your Responsibilities
- Professional and personnel management of scheduling
- Responsibility for scheduling at the Bassersdorf, Arbon and Ruswil locations
- Planning and coordination of vehicles and driving personnel
- Ensuring smooth and economical use of resources
- Optimisation of scheduling processes and route planning
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces (operations, sales, partners, etc.)
- Contact person for operational issues in day-to-day business
- Participation in the further development of scheduling
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in scheduling, ideally in the travel, coach or tourism sector
- Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
- Very good organisational and planning skills and high resilience
- Strong planning thinking and solution-oriented working style
- Good IT skills (scheduling tools are an advantage)
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
