What you can look forward to:

• Conducting individual and group therapies in the geriatric and musculoskeletal rehabilitation setting
• Comprehensive occupational therapy admission assessment and creation of a treatment plan tailored to the individual rehabilitation goal
• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of effective and efficient therapy
• Proactive communication and close collaboration within the interprofessional team with doctors, nursing staff, and other therapists
• Carrying out patient-related administration and organisation according to internal guidelines
• Occupational therapy assessments, especially in the area of assistive devices and home assessments, as well as initiating appropriate measures
• Participation in rehabilitation covering the entire treatment pathway - from inpatient care to outpatient follow-up

We would be pleased if you have:

• Completed training as an occupational therapist BSc/FH (foreign diplomas with SRK recognition are welcome)
• Beginners are warmly welcome
• Independent, structured working style as well as networked thinking
• Empathetic manner, teamwork skills, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Motivation to actively support patients and assist them in achieving their therapy goals
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
