Our client is an established nursing home in the region, specialising in the care of people with dementia and palliative care, providing a home for around 84 residents. The care concept is based on primary nursing in the maieutic sense and is characterised by a particularly appreciative and individual care approach. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed individual as a Health Specialist EFZ 80%-100% by arrangement.

Health Specialist EFZ 80-100%

- Professional care and support of the residents

- Contact person for employees in assistant roles and trainees

- Accompanying and guiding interns

- Taking responsibility as primary nurse

- Coordination as MDS coordinator for the care process

- Implementation of the RAI/RUG system including documentation

- Promoting learning within the team as a vocational trainer

- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ

- Experience in long-term care

- Open and empathetic personality

- Knowledge of palliative care and RAI/RUG is an advantage

- Willingness to acquire missing expertise

- Very good oral and written German skills

- Understanding of Swiss German language

- Enjoyment in supporting trainees as a vocational trainer
