ICT Developer CRM 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)

As part of the Business Unit Shared Services (SHS) of Hamilton Bonaduz AG, this area takes on central tasks for the Hamilton companies. Teams in HR, ICT, Corporate Communication, Facilities, and Finance ensure that processes run smoothly and employees worldwide are optimally supported.

This is what you can achieve:

Analyzing business requirements and developing the technical and functional design as well as the architecture

Implementing complex new developments and extensions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and plugins

Planning and implementing interfaces between CRM and surrounding systems

Supporting the execution of changes and deployments

Assisting in ensuring and monitoring the technical operation of Microsoft CRM

This is what you bring:

Completed training in computer science, a higher degree in computer science (FH/HF/University) is an advantage, or similar professional experience

Good knowledge in the area of Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse

Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage (ideally MS Dynamics D365 Sales)

Experience with scripting and programming languages C#, Typescript/Javascript, Powershell scripts

Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written

Structured, reliable, and independent working style
