Caretaker / Event Building Staff 100% (m/f)

Your tasks

• You support the person responsible for the property in all tasks related to cleaning, hygiene and maintenance of our event buildings. With your careful working method, you make an important contribution to the preservation of value and the excellent appearance of our properties
• You prepare rooms for daily operations as well as for events and ensure that they are available on time and as required
• In rotation with the team, you carry out the handover and return of rooms. These assignments occasionally take place in the evenings or at weekends
• You undertake minor maintenance and repair work and operate the modern building and facility technology safely and responsibly
• You enjoy working in a well-coordinated team and actively contribute to a collegial and solution-oriented collaboration

Your profile

• You have completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ or have a technical or craft-based basic education
• You work independently, reliably and responsibly and are characterised by initiative and a high awareness of quality
• You are a flexible, resilient and team-oriented personality with a strong service and customer orientation. Friendly and respectful interaction with visitors, employees and users is a matter of course for you
• You ideally live in the municipality of Teufen or in the surrounding area (maximum 30 minutes travel time for on-call duty)
• You are willing to perform on-call duty as well as occasional assignments in the evenings and at weekends
• You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as secure user knowledge of common IT programmes
• Commitment, heart and humour characterise you as much as your enjoyment of a varied activity
• You hold a category B driving licence
