Your tasks

• Ensure follow-up, advice, and development of existing customer relationships
• Actively prospect new customers and develop the commercial potential of your region
• Present and sell our wide range of products as well as our new concepts
• Conduct commercial and pricing negotiations
• Identify market trends and customer needs to propose suitable solutions
• Organise and carry out customer visits and targeted commercial actions
• Collaborate closely with various internal departments and national sales teams
• Guarantee professional and solution-oriented customer service
• Achieve agreed turnover and development targets

Your profile

• Successful experience in external sales
• Excellent knowledge of the Swiss Foodservice market
• Completed professional training and several years of experience in external sales
• Training or experience in a food trade (bakery, pastry, cooking, catering or hospitality) with a strong commercial affinity or solid B2B sales experience with catering and Foodservice professionals
• Good knowledge of the food sector and the needs of catering professionals
• Strong sense of service and customer relations
• Confidence in prospecting and negotiation
• High autonomy and excellent personal organisation
• Initiative, perseverance and ability to achieve ambitious goals
• Flexibility, creativity and good analytical skills
• Residence in or near the activity region
• Excellent command of French
• Good knowledge of German, both spoken and written, enabling effective collaboration with national teams
• Good command of MS Office tools; knowledge of a CRM is an asset
• Category B driving licence essential
