To strengthen the team for the Lausanne region, we are looking for a

Service/Maintenance Technician 100%

We are an innovative company operating throughout Switzerland to ensure drinking water is available in homes. To achieve this, nearly 500 employees develop, produce, and market cutting-edge comprehensive solutions for sanitary/heating technology.

Your tasks

• Independent execution of inspection and maintenance work on separators for drinking water systems and water softeners
• Connection and commissioning work on heat pump water heaters
• Remote assistance for heat pump water heaters, diagnostics and component repairs
• Independent organisation of intervention planning and ensuring customer appointment adherence
• On-call and standby service (currently about 6 weekends per year)

Your profile

• It is essential to be resident in Switzerland!
• Completed professional training in building technology, ideally in sanitary or heating installation
• Several years of experience in service or technical maintenance
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Autonomous, motivated, and customer-oriented working style
• Good knowledge of French, both spoken and written, as well as proficiency in MS Office
• Category B driving licence (company vehicle provided)
