About the job

Your tasks / your area of activity:

• Organisation and coordination of the project team as well as other project participants
• Preparation and handling of tenders, awards and contracts
• Planning, control and monitoring of project costs
• Preparation and coordination of project and execution plans in building construction
• Development of technical specifications and coordination with the relevant specialist departments
• Independent assumption of site management or specialist site management
• Definition of requirements for occupational safety and monitoring compliance on the construction site

Your profile:

• Technical or craft-based construction training (e.g. as architectural draughtsperson, architect, construction manager or specialist engineer)
• 5 years of professional experience, ideally in the field of pharmaceutical and infrastructure buildings
• Familiar with the applicable building regulations in the canton of Valais
• Knowledge of occupational safety regulations
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills an advantage

• Customer orientation, flexibility regarding travel activities / working at the customer
