Job Description

What does your working day look like...

• Brand ambassador for the 25hours Hotels and Mama Shelter: building and maintaining personal customer contacts as well as main contact person for business partners and customers in the respective business segment
• New customer acquisition and existing customer care for the MICE & Corporate and Leisure Groups segments via telephone and activities
• Participation in the creation and implementation of annual plans, campaigns and activities
• Representation of the hotels at trade fairs, networking events as well as sales calls and events
• Continuous market observation and analysis
• Conducting hotel tours
• Developing strategies and measures to increase company success in coordination with the Sales, Marketing and Revenue departments
• CRM maintenance, administrative sales activities and follow-ups
• Responsibility for sales performance via MICE intermediary platforms

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV...

• You have already worked in a hotel of comparable size and have gained promising experience not only in the sales department but also taken on responsibility as a member of management
• You speak fluent German and English, additional languages are an advantage
• You have the ability to inspire people with our concept, are a passionate creative mind and still know what it means to handle administrative tasks neatly and reliably
• Ideally, you are already familiar with systems such as Cvent, Anais (or other CRM systems) and Opera
• You are a doer – and openly admit when you have made a mistake
• You bring not only your skills but also your character
