Our client is a Swiss family business that, with its exquisite range, is one of the most renowned confectioneries in Europe and stands for the best quality, unique freshness and naturalness. To strengthen the fine bakery department, we are looking for an experienced and committed person as a Baker-Confectioner (100%) from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

Baker-Confectioner Fine Bakery 100% (m/f/d)

• Ensuring quality and hygiene standards
• Participation in the early shift and, if necessary, late shift
• Processing selected ingredients according to specified recipes
• Production of various small-format bread specialties
• Supporting the team in daily business
• Manufacturing seasonal items for Christmas and Easter
• Contributing to the further development of products and processes
• Manual production of yeast and puff pastry products

• Completed apprenticeship as a Baker-Confectioner EFZ or EBA
• Passion for artisanal baking and confectionery work
• Team-oriented, open and communicative personality
• Precise and quality-oriented working style
• Resilience even under time pressure
• Good physical condition and manual dexterity
• Flexible and mobile readiness for deployment
• Possession of a category B driving licence
• Basic PC user skills
• Solid German language skills in spoken and written form
