Head of Finance, Accounting/Controlling (m/f) 100%, immediate start or by arrangement

About the job

We are looking for a committed and motivated head for our Finance department, who will be responsible for the entire financial management of SVAG and simultaneously act as the deputy to the CFO Switzerland.

Your tasks

• Managing accounting (financial accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable management, assets) with Abacus
• Monthly commission statements for sales
• Human resources for internal services
• Annual financial statements, tax returns, audits
• Financial controlling (forecasts, financial planning)
• Controlling and reporting tasks towards management, product partners and parent company DVAG
• Contact point for authorities such as tax office, social security, VAT, employment offices, cross-border commuters, etc.
• Implementation of future legal changes in social security, agency contracts, sales licences, remunerations (expense claims), etc.

Your profile

• Specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma, trustee experience is an advantage
• Service-oriented team player
• Proactive and precise working style
• Ability to prioritise, forward-thinking and collaborative working approach
• Discretion in handling confidential data/trustworthy personality
• Fluent German, knowledge of French and Italian is an advantage
• Good user skills in MS Office
