To strengthen our service team in the Neuchâtel region, we are looking for
OIL SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Your tasks – varied and responsible:
- Meeting our customers’ expectations both technically and by maintaining a quality customer relationship, effectively contributing to their satisfaction
- After a training and introduction period, you will be responsible for commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of installations in the geographical area
- Your professionalism and rigour will enable you to carry out your activities in full compliance with contractual commitments and rules relating to the safety of property and persons
- As an ambassador of our company’s image, you advise your customers, including on renovations
- You also support your colleagues in external sales in the context of selling installations
- You also periodically ensure on-call service
Your profile – technically competent, personally convincing:
- Committed to service quality and possessing excellent customer relations, you have a professional qualification (with a Federal VET Diploma) preferably in the field of electricity or another technical trade; training as a combustion controller (ARPEA) or a federal certificate is an advantage
- Your team spirit, commitment and taste for challenge are assets that will enable you to succeed in your role and progress within our company
