• Consulting and concept development:
  • Analysis of customer requirements and creation of customised concepts for implementations.
  • Development of cross-module and cross-system processes.
• Presales activities:
  • Presentation of SAP Cloud ERP solutions to customers and prospects.
  • Preparation of cost estimates and offers in close cooperation with the sales team.
  • Building relationships with potential customers and presenting future-oriented technologies.
• Customer support:
  • Technical and professional advice to customers before project start.
  • Close collaboration with internal specialists and the sales team to provide optimal customer support.

• Professional requirements:
  • Experience with SAP (ideally SAP Cloud ERP) or another ERP cloud solution.
  • Knowledge in at least one logistics module.
• Personal skills:
  • Enthusiasm for working with customers and presenting to an audience.
  • Commitment to working on cross-module and cross-system topics.
  • Ability to think outside the box and develop creative solutions.
• Language and travel readiness:
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
