We are looking for our client for a responsible, communicative, dynamic personality, very autonomous and with a strong will to hold a position as sales manager and member of the management at the Biel site.
Your responsibilities:In this demanding role, you are responsible for the organizational and personal management in the sales sector in Switzerland. In close cooperation with your employees, you are responsible, among other things, for the development of business relationships. Your main tasks include:
- Management of the sales sector in Switzerland (field service)
- Definition and implementation of organizational and strategic requirements
- Management and promotion of employees
- Budget preparation
- Targeted sales of DIHAWAG products
- Representation of DIHAWAG to customers, suppliers and associations
- Management of internal information flow
- Participation in the general development and results of DIHAWAG
The following skills describe you:
- Basic mechanical or technical training
- Further training in manufacturing engineering, sales or management
- Solid technical knowledge in metal cutting
- Experience in sales and in managing employees
- High social skills and communicative abilities
- Motivated and highly committed with a solution-oriented approach
- Autonomy, ability to take responsibility and customer orientation
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Very good oral and written knowledge of French and German and sufficient ease to negotiate in English
