Specialist Student & Program Administration (50%)

• Responsibility for processing creditor and fee processes
• Collaboration in student administration with Evento Office
• Support of students' module enrollment in the enrollment portal ESP
• Administrative support in the creation of the CoCreate program
• Processing student inquiries about the CoCreate offer
• Taking over general administrative and organizational tasks, including room reservations and event organization

• Successfully completed commercial training
• Several years of professional experience in student administration or a comparable environment
• Experience with Evento or comparable university software and with fee processes
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
• Strong organizational skills and high service orientation
• Independent, structured way of working and enjoyment of collaboration in the university environment

CoCreate is the cross-university teaching program of the University of Applied Sciences and Arts FHNW. It aims to promote cooperative and interdisciplinary working methods and to develop cross-disciplinary competencies in the areas of business, culture, scientific approach, digitalization, diversity & inclusion, as well as communication. CoCreate also provides space for testing innovative teaching and learning formats and contributes significantly to a shared, cross-university culture.
