About the department

In House F, we offer a modern and secure home to 24 people with dementia as well as neurological and gerontopsychiatric illnesses. Our residents need individual care and support to improve their quality of life despite the challenges of the illness. In a modern, protected living area, we place great value on autonomy, personal attention and holistic care.

Your tasks

• Individual, holistic care and support of the residents, tailored to their needs and life situation.
• Taking on daily responsibility to ensure the smooth running of everyday life.
• Key worker role to build a trusting relationship with the residents and support their needs as best as possible.
• Careful nursing documentation to ensure quality and continuity of care.
• Active participation in working groups for the continuous development of our care quality and workflows.

Your profile

• You have a completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ and bring sound expertise.
• You are characterised by commitment, responsibility and a positive demeanour which you bring to your work.
• Flexibility and resilience are natural to you – even in demanding moments you keep an overview.
