Economist with a Focus on Corporate Analysis 70-80%
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for preparing corporate analyses from the employees’ perspective, especially as a basis for wage and collective labour agreement negotiations as well as for consultation procedures in cases of mass redundancies. You advise and support colleagues in consultation procedures during mass redundancies on site. In addition, you prepare sector-specific and economic policy analyses. You present the findings from your analyses and conduct training on business management and economic policy topics.
Your profile
- University degree in economics (business administration or economics) or a comparable field
- Experience in analysing annual reports and other corporate information as well as in assessing the economic situation and strategies of companies
- Proven skills in developing fundamentals and conveying content to different target groups
- Fluent German or French, both spoken and written, as well as very good knowledge of the other language
- Analytical and precise working style
- Strong independence and initiative, as well as a team-oriented and service-minded personality with excellent communication skills
- Trade union political sensitivity, identification with Unia’s values
