For our headquarters in Allschwil, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a customer-oriented, committed, and reliable person as Employee Sample Reception 80-100%.

• Supported by the latest infrastructure, you identify and check orders and the received sample material
• You label the samples and scan the order forms
• You process and check samples for electronically transmitted orders
• You manage the distribution automation and forward samples to internal and external laboratory partners
• You handle medical inquiries and incomplete orders
• Completed vocational training
• Several years of professional experience in a medical field is an advantage
• Very good German skills (B2)
• Good oral knowledge of French (B2) is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours
