Requirements
- Completed training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, or an equivalent technical education
- Professional experience in handling production equipment, ideally in an industrial environment
- Strong interest in troubleshooting as well as very good analytical and diagnostic skills
- Ability to understand complex technical contexts and implement solution-oriented approaches
- Very good German language skills in speaking and writing for documentation and team communication
