MBG Verwaltungs AG manages the entire property portfolio as a 100% subsidiary of the Mieter-Baugenossenschaft Basel, which has been providing cooperative housing for over 100 years. These demanding services are also offered to external partners according to their individual needs.

To strengthen our construction team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a loyal individual who wishes to commit to our company in the long term.

Project Manager: Client Representation 80-100%

Tasks

• Planning and implementation of renovation and new construction projects
• Overall responsibility for innovative, economically viable and marketable property developments in residential construction from the initial vision to commissioning
• Conducting condition analyses and organising study assignments
• Setting up and managing the project organisation involving various internal and external stakeholders
• Developing strategies for properties to ensure sustainable preservation of substance and optimisation of investment / returns for the assigned property portfolio
• Analysing purchase offers (plots and buildings) regarding revenue-effective space potential and investment requirements
• Monitoring costs, schedules and quality
• Mandating external partners such as architects, specialist planners, general contractors
• Responsible for permits and tendering
• Responsible for construction reporting, cost control and documentation

Qualifications

• Advanced construction-related education in construction or project management, architecture, civil engineering and several years of experience in construction management and realisation of new builds and renovations in occupied condition
• You maintain a customer- and goal-oriented working style and are a team player with communication skills
• You have confident German language skills in spoken and written form and are proficient in MS Office applications
• You hold a category B driving licence
