For our HR team in Allschwil, we are looking for a communicative, proactive, empathetic, and assertive person as Deputy Head of Human Resources 100% immediately or by agreement.
- You will be responsible for recruiting qualified specialists and executives in your area of responsibility and accompany them from selection to successful integration.
- You will advise and support managers and employees in all HR-related questions throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
- You will coach the line in personnel, leadership, and labor law issues and closely accompany change projects.
- You will engage in the further development and digitalization of HR processes and contribute to strategically relevant HR projects.
- After a thorough onboarding, you will take over the deputy management of the HR area from March 2026 – with the perspective of taking over the management of the HR area with convincing performance and suitability (retirement of the current manager in spring 2028).
- A degree in business administration or law (ideally with an HR-related specialization) combined with solid HR training
- Several years of experience in a comparable position as well as in leading and developing an HR team
- Proven successes in optimizing and digitalizing HR processes
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security system
- Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, high reliability, and discretion
- A confident demeanor, pronounced social competence, and a high level of service orientation
- Fluent in German and French
