Metalworker / Designer / Apparatus Locksmith (100%)

Your tasks:

• Reading and interpreting workshop drawings
• Mechanical assembly of devices according to drawings
• Production from small to large series
• Grinding, drilling, deburring, flanging, etc.
• Collaboration with the technical office and the enamelling workshop
• Estimating production times for quotations

Your profile:

• Successfully completed training in apparatus construction or metal construction
• Interest in manufacturing complex devices and columns
• Proven professional experience in pressure vessel construction

Welder in plant and apparatus construction (100%)

Your tasks:

• Multi-layer welding of black steel (TIG/MAG/SAW welding)
• Reading and interpreting workshop drawings
• Welding of devices and pipelines according to drawings
• Production from small to large series
• Collaboration with the technical office and the enamelling workshop

Your profile:

• Completed training as a welder with diploma and valid examination certificate (e.g. SVS)
• Interest in manufacturing demanding technical apparatus and pipelines
• Several years of professional experience in vessel construction

Deputy Head of Technical Office (100%)

You are responsible, together with 6 highly qualified colleagues, for the technical support of our multi-stage production.

Your objective: Ensuring compliance with market-required regulations in production and securing product quality in terms of design and materials technology.

Your tasks:

• Technical preliminary clarification of enquiries and calculation of offer prices (possibly with company consultants)
• Creating drawings with CAD 2D/3D
• Preparation of strength calculations for pressure vessels and heat exchangers
• Triggering material procurement and workshop orders after drawing approval
• Preparing and accompanying apparatus orders until drawing approval by the customer
• Order tracking until invoicing, including necessary customer contacts
• Scheduling official and customer inspections (ZFP)
• Organisation of external work
• Supporting quality assurance during tests, procedural tests and customer audits (ASME, Selo, KGS etc.)

Your profile:

• Completed engineering degree (university, ETH), ideally as a process engineer or comparable
• Experience with the regulations AD 2000, EN 13445 and ASME Sec. 8
• Professional experience in manufacturing industry
• Team player and sociable
• German-speaking with good knowledge of English and French
• Ideal age: 30 to 50 years
