In the Biel region, we are looking for reinforcement as

Deployment Coach Household and Care Biel 60-100%

In your role as a deployment coach, you accompany and support our employees in the field. You ensure quality, good communication, and appreciative collaboration. Your responsibilities also include fixed customer assignments in household and care as well as clarifications with new and existing clients.

Your tasks:

Accompaniment and support in the field: You are the contact person for our employees in the city of Biel and surrounding areas, clarify questions, discuss challenges, and offer support in everyday work.

Own assignments and substitutions: You have your fixed customer assignments in household and care and regularly support the team with substitutions.

You bring with you:

Experience in household management and possibly also in care

Strong understanding of people as well as joy in working with different people and a professional, appreciative approach to various life situations

Ability to act calmly, solution-oriented, and professionally even in complex or demanding situations

Empathy, strong communication skills, and organisational talent

Good French and German skills, both spoken and written

Driving licence and own car are advantageous

Good PC user skills
