Deputy Operations Manager / Site Coordination

World of Adventure Group AG is a growing Swiss company in the field of live entertainment. With Final Escape Basel and Final Escape Zurich, we offer our guests special escape room experiences and continuously develop our company further.

For our Basel location, we are looking for a reliable, organised and versatile personality who supports us in day-to-day business and wants to take on more responsibility step by step.

You do not need to be able to do everything yet. We take time for thorough training and deliberately look for someone with potential who wants to develop further together with us.

Your tasks

You support the management and our teams in organising and administering the Basel and Zurich locations. This includes, among other things:

• Support in organising daily operations
• Coordination and support of our team leaders and employees
• Assistance with personnel planning, working hours and personnel administration
• General administration, emails, invoices and preparatory work for accounting and payroll
• Organisation of purchases, maintenance and minor operational matters
• Support with group and corporate events
• Assistance with marketing, social media, newsletters and customer enquiries
• Support with internal projects and the further development of our locations
• Deputising for operations management during absences and gradually taking on additional responsibility

Important: You do not need experience in all these areas yet. You will learn many tasks directly with us in practice.

• Speak and write German very well
• Work in an organised, reliable and independent manner
• Enjoy taking responsibility
• Keep an overview and solve problems pragmatically
• Enjoy contact with people and varied tasks
• Are proficient with computers and common office applications
• Are open to learning new things and developing yourself
• Hold a category B driving licence
• Are willing to occasionally work in Zurich or in future at other Swiss locations

A commercial education or experience in administration, organisation, gastronomy, leisure, retail, hospitality or a similar environment is an advantage but not a mandatory requirement.
