Our ERP system for agricultural trade is successfully established in Switzerland and is currently being introduced to the German market. At the same time, we operate an established ERP in the raw materials trading/trading sector, which we want to further develop and strategically expand in the market. For this exciting dual role, we are looking for you.
As Product Manager, you are responsible for the market success of two ERP solutions with different maturity levels:
Agricultural Trade: Introduction and growth in the German market. Together with the Product Manager Switzerland, you lead the overall product: they are responsible for the product core, you for the market success in Germany.
Trading: Further development and targeted market cultivation of an established product.
You ensure that both products are successfully positioned, customers experience real added value, enjoy using the products, and recommend them.
WHAT YOU DO
- You successfully position our ERP systems in the German market.
- You develop the go-to-market strategy for ERP Agricultural Trade.
- You support Sales & Marketing with strong messages, demos, and use cases.
- You ensure successful introduction, usage, and long-term customer retention.
- You prioritise requirements from the market, including localisations and legal requirements.
- You build active communities of customers and prospects.
- You work closely with Consulting, Project Management, Support, Marketing, and the Product Manager Switzerland for ERP Agricultural Trade.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience in product management, ideally in the ERP environment
- Strong understanding of market requirements, product positioning, and sustainable customer success
- Experience in the successful introduction of software solutions as well as in change and adoption management
- Ideally, industry knowledge in agriculture, agricultural trade, or raw materials trading
- Strong stakeholder and partner competence
- Structured working style, decisiveness, and clear communication
- Enjoyment in taking responsibility and building and further developing a product in the market
