Your area of responsibility

• Technical and financial project responsibility
• Planning, coordination and execution of projects; from preparation to acceptance including quality assurance and post-calculation
• Optimal deployment of employees, leadership and motivation of the team within construction projects
• Contact with architects, private customers, suppliers and other project participants
• With your expertise, creativity and fair dealings, you contribute to ensuring that our projects are implemented cleanly, efficiently and in line with our mission statement.

What we expect

• Training as a sheet metal worker EFZ with completed or ongoing further training as a sheet metal foreman and/or sheet metal master and ideally already experience in project management
• Resilient personality with several years of experience in a planning or executing company
• You work solution-oriented, think along and actively develop your projects further.
• You like to take responsibility, are a team player and your appearance towards employees and customers is confident and competent.
