Your tasks include the following:

• Ensuring peace and order in communities and at events
• Implementing house and area regulations by protecting areas and buildings from damage and contamination
• Preventive work in the areas of littering, property damage, and burglary
• Inspecting areas, buildings, vehicles, and grounds as part of individual assignments
• Conducting safe events in group teams
• Ensuring mobility in individual traffic on single-lane or narrow road sections
• Ensuring smooth traffic flow at intersections together with colleagues
• Ensuring safety and fairness on roads and parking lots
• Controlling stationary traffic in private parking lots (individually authorized)
• Maintenance and management of parking areas and ticket machines
• Optional: Control of stationary traffic on municipal property (OBV)

Requirements for this position:

• A completed vocational training EFZ or equivalent education
• A dynamic and resilient personality
• Strong negotiation skills
• An exact, independent, and reliable working style
• Strong customer orientation and teamwork skills
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Flexibility and a collegial attitude
• Basic technical understanding
• Ability to work with smartphones and modern applications
• A flawless reputation and orderly financial circumstances
• Swiss citizen or residence permit "C"
• Possession of a category "B" driving license
