Your Tasks
- Administrative tasks in personnel administration (entry to exit, system entries, support payroll accounting, data filing, etc.)
- Counter and telephone service
- Writing minutes
- Adapting information sheets to changed bases
- Creating evaluations and statistics
Your Profile
- Minimum age 17 years
- Compulsory schooling completed
- Open and motivated personality with enjoyment in dealing with people
- Organisational skills
- Confident German in spoken and written form
- Very good knowledge of MS Office programmes
