Technical Lead & SaaS Manager Digital Asset Hub (m/f/d)

In this versatile and central role, you take on the technical responsibility for our Digital Asset Hub. You ensure a stable and secure operation of the platform, manage our SaaS providers, and lead an interdisciplinary team in an agile environment. With your expertise in the DevOps environment, you connect technical and organisational requirements and actively shape the further development of a pioneering platform. In doing so, you make a direct contribution to the transformation of the bank in the area of cryptocurrencies and digital assets and to the high service quality for our customers.

• Responsible for integrating new components and optimising existing adapters, including monitoring the lifecycle of the technologies and tools used
• Ensuring the stable operation of our platform, including troubleshooting, certificate management, licence administration, as well as further developing and operating the associated CI/CD pipeline
• Managing collaboration with our SaaS provider and ensuring compliance with SLAs, including monitoring, reporting, escalation management, and leading service and operations meetings with a focus on continuous optimisation of service quality
• Coordinating cross-departmental and company-wide development and service teams, moderating Scrum events, removing obstacles, and promoting self-organisation within the team to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to agile principles

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in IT service management, ideally in a regulated environment
• Solid knowledge of Linux, CI/CD, cloud and container technologies, network protocols, security, and application monitoring (e.g. Grafana), ideally complemented by knowledge of Python
• Experience with core banking solutions such as Avaloq and crypto custody solutions is a great plus
• Enthusiasm for cryptocurrencies and digital assets as well as a strong service orientation and initiative
• You convince with your communication skills and a pronounced servant leadership mindset
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
