Your Tasks
- Classic customer service (Rx and OTC)
- Assistance with processing billing procedures
- Assistance with customer correspondence and webshop support
- After appropriate training and interest, conducting hearing tests, vaccinating, and participating in netCare and other services. Additional areas of responsibility possible according to preferences (e.g., depot care cosmetics)

- personal and actively offer our wide range of services during consultations
- confident in implementing TopPharm health campaigns and master the modern infrastructure
- open and able to communicate clearly
- empathetic and keep an overview even in hectic situations, working reliably and team-oriented
Additional profile features are
- Interest in process optimization
- Familiar with Tactil and/or PropharmaX
- Well-groomed appearance
- An eye for tidy shelves
Language(s)
German and English required. Foreign language skills (Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Arabic, Persian, Slavic languages, etc.) welcome
