Your Tasks
For our clinical pharmacy team, we are looking for a colleague for maternity cover until the end of August 2026. You will support the optimal and safe drug therapy of the patients at KSA through the following activities: participation in the drug information service; processing safety reports from the in-house electronic tool for detecting potential drug-related problems; collection/checking of the best possible medication history in surgical patients; participation in the processing of pharmacovigilance reports and the continuous improvement of medication safety at KSA. The latter also includes participation in the medication master data management of the clinical information systems (CIS). Depending on your training, you will also accompany interprofessional ward rounds in the field of medicine and surgery and respond to clinical-pharmaceutical consultations. In addition to these tasks, you will participate about twice in the on-call service of the hospital pharmacy. There is the possibility to start the FPH clinical pharmacy training afterwards.
Your Profile
You have a federal pharmacist diploma (or a recognized foreign diploma) and hold a CAS in clinical pharmacy. An FPH certificate of competence in clinical pharmacy is an advantage or experience in hospital pharmacy is an advantage. You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and have good communication skills in German, both written and spoken.
